Description
We are proud to offer a rare and quietly complex expression from the Isle of Mull: a 2007 Tobermory, drawn from a single bourbon cask after 17 years of maturation. Bottled at its natural cask strength of 44.6%, this is a whisky that wears its age with elegance, showing off it’s light, smooth and malty character with a touch of nuttiness.
With only 42 70cl bottles produced from the cask , this is as limited as they come — non-chill filtered, natural colour, and as honest as the day it left the cask.
