Description

We are proud to offer a rare and quietly complex expression from the Isle of Mull: a 2007 Tobermory, drawn from a single bourbon cask after 17 years of maturation. Bottled at its natural cask strength of 44.6%, this is a whisky that wears its age with elegance, showing off it’s light, smooth and malty character with a touch of nuttiness.

With only 42 70cl bottles produced from the cask , this is as limited as they come — non-chill filtered, natural colour, and as honest as the day it left the cask.

Nose:
  • Light orchard fruits like apples & pears, honeyed barley.
Palate:
  • Sweet but full bodied and balanced with a nutty maltiness.
Finish:
  • Medium in length with lingering vanilla and more barley.
